Great guitar cake Von!
Was that a one piece mold?
I remember years ago my Mom made a guitar cake and the first 2 broke in the neck. It was a real PITA to work with.
Deb, it wasn't a mold, I free-handed it out of two 18" sheet cakes. I hadn't thought of it, but I bet you're right that the cake would easily break at the neck when getting it out of the pan.
